Couch To 5k, week 2 & 3 done; week 4 underway.

Three weeks of Couch to 5k training done, feeling good.

My Couch To 5k training has been going well despite the pressures of life.

Week 2 had a little interruption while I went to Electric Zoo in NYC. I could have done Week 2 Day 3, but I was flying out on Friday and flying back on Monday. No worry; I just decided I would just repeat some of week 2 when we got back.

Repeating Week 2, day 2 was grueling after a week of revelry.

Week 3 went by with no trouble. I’m actually feeling quite encouraged by all this.
