I’ve been using C25k app on my iPhone to interval train for a 5k in November. This week is my 5th week, and I used the Week 4 intervals. I skipped Day 2 for scheduling reasons. I noticed that my legs were a lot tighter before running today, which tells me that my body likes working out.
I tried a different location to run today. I ran around the athletic fields at one of the schools nearby. The field is flat but exposed to the sun. I think I like running on the trails in the woods more.
